Stage 01 One address, and trucks

Where the trucks leave from

No branch network and no map full of pins. Granite Ridge runs out of one yard in Knoxville, which is also where your file sits while you are waiting on an adjuster.

NAP the details worth checking

One yard, one phone number

Same address on the contract, the invoice and the truck. It is the first thing to check about any contractor who knocks on your door after a storm.

Why not seven offices

A list of branches is not a list of crews

Plenty of roofing sites carry a map of pins. What matters after a storm is how far a loaded truck has to drive and whether the same company is still reachable in six months, so this page tells you the yard and the drive instead.

The board

Every live job written up by stage, oldest first. It is the same seven stages as the menu on this site, and it is what a phone call gets checked against.

The files

Photograph sets, measurements and dates, one file per roof. When you ring, somebody opens yours rather than asking you to describe the roof again.

The yard

Tarps, straps, ladders and a dump trailer, loaded the night before a storm rather than the morning after it. Materials for a build are delivered to your house, not stored here.

The storm line

Answered outside office hours when the weather is doing something. If it is not, you get a person in the morning rather than a promise at midnight.

Questions about the office

Do you have an office in my town?

No. Granite Ridge Roofing works from one address in Knoxville and drives. A branch sign in a town is not the same as a crew in it, and a list of offices tells you nothing about who turns up when your roof is open.

Can I come to the yard?

For paperwork, a scope conversation or to look at material samples, yes — ring first so somebody is there and not on a roof. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

What if I am outside your area?

We will tell you plainly, and it is worth hearing: a roofer who cannot get back to you in six months is the wrong roofer for a claim that takes a month to close.

Start at stage one.

Describe what you can see from the ground. We will tell you whether this is a tarp-tonight problem or a Tuesday problem — and we will say so either way.
