Someone rings you back and asks three things: where the water is, how old the roof is, and whether a claim is already open.
Contact Granite Ridge
This is stage one of seven, and it is the shortest one. Tell us what you can see, and we will tell you what happens next and roughly when — including the days when nothing will happen.
Where we actually are
One number, one desk, one company. The person who answers can see the job queue, which is why they can tell you where you would sit in it.
-
Phone
Triage happens on this call. Describe what you can see from the ground and we will tell you whether it is a tarp-tonight problem or a Tuesday problem.
-
Email
office@graniteridgeroofing.example
Best for photographs, claim numbers, adjuster correspondence and anything you would rather have a written record of.
-
Office
4410 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919
A yard and a desk, not a showroom. Come by if you would rather hand over paperwork than scan it.

Hours
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Outside those hours the storm line still rings a person. Anything that is not water coming in gets booked the next working morning.
Prefer not to load it? Open the address in Google Maps.
What the next day or two actually looks like
Nothing here is a promise about your claim. It is a description of how our own queue runs, which is the only part of this month we control.
An emergency cover jumps the queue. We photograph the opening before we cover it, because once a tarp is on nobody can see what was underneath.
A routine inspection slot. Two hours on site, every finding photographed, and the photo set is yours either way.
We do not speak to your carrier for you. We document what is on the roof, we meet the adjuster there, and we tell you what we saw. Decisions, deductibles and payouts are between you and the people who wrote your policy.
Towns the trucks already reach
If you are outside this list, ring anyway — after a named storm the map stretches, and we would rather say no on the phone than leave you guessing.
Still holding a phone and looking at a hole?
Ring it through. Somebody who can triage what you are describing will answer, and you will get an honest answer about how fast we can be there.
